1. Information we may collect
We may collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, company details, GST or billing details where required, project locations, site addresses, construction requirements, drawings or document references, quotation details, material requirements, account-manager communication, payment records and other information you choose to provide.
For client portal users we may also process login identifiers, password hashes, assigned projects, portal permissions, activity records, messages, documents, quotations, project progress, approvals and notifications.
For property buyer/seller accounts we may process name, email, phone, password hashes, session identifiers, property locations, asking prices, listing descriptions, authority declarations, moderation decisions, login/security records and support requests. Email, identity and ownership verification are separate processes; account creation alone does not mean a user or property is verified.
For property marketplace submissions, up to three authorized listing photographs and basic advertisement facts may be displayed publicly after admin review. More property details and gallery references are supplied only to signed-in users through an authenticated endpoint. If the seller separately checks the contact-sharing consent box, their registered name, phone number and email may be disclosed to other signed-in property users viewing that approved listing. Contact sharing is optional and can be withdrawn by contacting EzyProcure for moderation.
Important: when a seller supplies an external image URL, the underlying external host may allow direct access to that image independently of EzyProcure login. The login gate restricts access to the reference within EzyProcure but does not create private access control over files on other hosts. Customers should never submit confidential identity documents or private ownership documents through public photo fields.
For a guest buyer callback or property-viewing request, we collect the name, phone number, optional locality/property preference and enquiry message that the visitor voluntarily enters, together with their consent and submission time. EzyProcure uses this information to respond to that specific request and to prevent abuse. Guest enquiries are not public and are accessible only to authorized property administrators. No unrelated promotional consent is assumed. An enquiry does not guarantee availability or an appointment; please contact us about correction or removal of your enquiry information.
For listings submitted through the EzyProcure property admin inventory import, we record source category, stable listing reference, evidence reference of seller permission or content licence, moderation decisions and the administrator account that submitted it. Unauthorized imports are rejected. Seller identity and contact details remain protected by role-based access; the public site does not reproduce third-party portal user databases.
When a property owner or authorized seller uploads images through the Seller Studio, image bytes are stored in a private property storage bucket. We store photo metadata, upload date, uploader account, visibility preference, linked listing and moderation state. Approved preview images may be accessible publicly; signed-in member galleries require authentication. Our backend delivers protected images from the private storage service rather than publishing direct storage-object links. External third-party image URLs supplied separately are not covered by this protection. Photo uploader permission and copyright declarations remain required.
The home-loan EMI calculator runs in your browser and does not submit your budget, rate or tenure to any bank. If you choose to submit a separate property financing enquiry with contact consent, that enquiry follows our normal property support process and is not an application for credit.
2. How we use information
Information may be used to respond to construction enquiries, process and review buyer/seller property listings, prepare estimates or quotations, schedule site visits, coordinate projects, manage material requests, operate client accounts, provide support, maintain commercial records, improve our website and protect our systems against misuse.
3. Legal and business disclosures
Information may be shared with employees, project teams, consultants, subcontractors, service providers, logistics or material partners where reasonably necessary to evaluate or perform a requested service. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or a competent authority.
4. Account security
Existing construction client accounts are created by EzyProcure administrators; separate property marketplace accounts may be created by buyers and sellers. Passwords are intended to be stored using cryptographic hashing rather than in plain text. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and should promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
5. Data retention
We may retain enquiry, project, quotation, contractual, billing and support records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, tax, warranty, dispute-resolution or security purposes. Retention periods can vary by record type.
6. Cookies and technical data
We may use essential cookies for authenticated sessions and security. Analytics or advertising cookies should only be enabled in accordance with the final cookie-consent configuration. See our Cookie Policy.
7. Third-party services
The website may use hosting, email, analytics, payment, map, communication or other service providers. Their processing may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Your choices
You may contact us to request correction of inaccurate contact information, ask a privacy question or request account assistance. Certain records may need to be retained where required for contractual, tax, legal or legitimate business purposes.
9. Security limitations
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the requested service and the approved upload process supports it.
