1. Website purpose
EzyProcure provides information about construction, interiors, turnkey execution, project support and construction-material requirements. Website content is general information and does not itself create a binding construction contract.
2. Enquiries and estimates
Submitting a form, requesting a site visit, using the cost calculator or viewing a package rate does not constitute acceptance of a project or create a binding price. Final scope, pricing, taxes, timeline, inclusions, exclusions and payment milestones must be confirmed in writing.
3. Indicative package rates
Package rates displayed on the website are planning estimates only. Final rates may vary based on location, design, structural requirements, soil/site conditions, height, basement or stilt requirements, selected brands, statutory approvals, taxes, special systems and changes requested by the client.
4. Client accounts
Client portal accounts are invite-only and created by EzyProcure administrators. Credentials must only be used by authorised representatives. Accounts may be suspended, restricted or reset for security, misuse, contractual or administrative reasons.
5. Portal information
Project progress, quotations, documents, payment summaries, approvals and other portal records are provided for coordination. Where a portal entry conflicts with a signed contract, formally issued invoice, approved drawing or written variation, the formally approved project document will prevail.
6. Intellectual property
Website design, branding, original text, drawings, proposals, BOQ formats, photographs and other EzyProcure-created materials may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission, except where a client is expressly authorised to use project documents for its own project.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, scrape protected client information, interfere with site security, upload malware, impersonate another user or misuse the portal or marketplace.
8. External links and providers
Links to third-party services, maps, payment systems, social networks, suppliers or other websites may be provided for convenience. EzyProcure is not responsible for third-party content or availability except to the extent required by applicable law or a specific contract.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or modify website features, content, package information or portal functionality. We will not intentionally alter an existing signed project contract merely by changing website content.
10. Liability
Website calculators, articles and indicative rates are not substitutes for project-specific technical, structural, legal, tax or professional advice. Liability relating to an actual project is governed by the applicable written project agreement and law.
11. Governing documents and disputes
Any dispute relating to an actual construction, interior, supply or turnkey project will be handled according to the dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions stated in the relevant accepted commercial document. If no such provision exists, applicable law in India will govern.
