Property Marketplace Terms

1. Marketplace roles

Buyers may browse publicly approved property information. Property owners or their authorised representatives may create seller accounts and submit listings for manual review. This service is separate from the EzyProcure construction client portal and from EzyProcure.app.

2. No automatic publication

Submitted listings are not automatically displayed. EzyProcure may reject, remove or request revisions to any submission. An approval label reflects an internal review, not a government guarantee or certificate of legal title.

3. Seller warranties

Sellers must provide accurate details and have lawful authority to advertise the property. Listings must not conceal disputes, restrictions, encumbrances, relevant project approvals or applicable RERA registration details. Proof may be requested before publication.

4. Independent due diligence

Buyers must verify ownership and title, RERA registration where applicable, land use, approved plans, dues, encumbrances, approvals, possession and other relevant conditions through qualified professionals before paying or signing documents. Photos, price and availability may change.

5. Regulatory requirements

Any brokerage, agency service or facilitation of RERA-regulated projects will be offered only where the necessary registrations, permissions and disclosures are in place. No representation of UP RERA agent registration is made on this page.

6. Third-party public market research

Our local market guide identifies independent projects advertised on other real-estate websites and links visitors to the original publisher. These references are not part of EzyProcure's own approved seller inventory. They do not imply cooperation, exclusive selling rights, permission to reuse photographs, current availability or verification of the seller. Source platforms keep their own privacy rules and terms.

7. Gallery visibility and contact consent

An approved EzyProcure listing may display up to three public photo previews and a short description. Additional property information may be available only to signed-in users. Seller phone and email are shared only when the seller explicitly chooses that option. Images hosted on third-party websites may remain directly accessible to anyone with the original URL; full private media protection requires private asset storage.

8. Buyer callback requests

Visitors can browse public property previews without registering. If a visitor asks for more details, they may voluntarily provide a name, phone and enquiry details through a callback popup with explicit contact consent. EzyProcure may contact them about that specific request; callback requests do not reserve a property, promise availability or imply an agency relationship with a third-party advertiser.

9. Listing categories

Property information may be grouped as sale, rent or new projects. A listed monthly rent is not a sale price; a new-project label is not proof of RERA registration. Property photographs must be used only with appropriate rights.

10. Pricing and transactions

An enquiry, account registration or listing submission is not a purchase agreement, booking or offer capable of acceptance. EzyProcure does not collect property booking amounts through this prototype. Any brokerage or service fee must be separately disclosed and agreed.

11. Privacy and access

Accounts are for individual use. Do not share login details, upload sensitive title documents through unapproved channels or claim verification without supporting proof. See the Privacy Policy.
