How selections are controlled

Interior budgets can change quickly. We use approvals and allowances to keep selections commercially clear.

ItemBefore ProcurementCommercial Rule
Floor / wall tileApproved size, series, shade and quantity basis.Selections above package allowance are variation items.
Sanitary / CPApproved model list and fixture count.Difference above agreed allowance is added after approval.
Paint / textureColour, series and surface area.Special decorative systems are quoted separately unless included.
False ceilingApproved reflected ceiling plan / selected areas.Extra profiles, bulkheads or special details are measured as variation.
JoineryApproved shop drawing, finish and hardware.Custom joinery can be separate vendor scope unless part of final BOQ.

Interior execution works best when decisions happen before site work.

Late changes create rework. We use a simple approval sequence to reduce it.

Design Freeze

Room layouts, ceiling intent, service points and fixed furniture interfaces are reviewed before execution.

Material Freeze

Tiles, sanitary, paint, stone, switches and major finish choices are documented before ordering.

Execution Sign-Off

Critical dimensions, samples and stage approvals are recorded before closing concealed work.
